IBU Lunch & Learn – How To Be Really Resilient At Work

Whilst the national restrictions are in place, we will introduce a number of additional online activities so grab your plate and join us for our weekly IBU Lunch & Learn each Friday at 1PM.
This week we have Andry with “How To Be Really Resilient At Work”.
In this session, Andry will share a mini-guide to the 5 areas you can tap into to build resilience: from resilient wellbeing to collaborative resilience.
This session will cover:
- A mini practice of one resilience mindset technique to help you visualise what being resilience really looks like for you.
Andry is an experienced resilience coach and resilience facilitator. Her online resilience course will be available from June and will include free online resilience course. Her new book focusing on resilience at work will be available in September.
Friday Lunch is open to all our members, including Connect. Replays are available for those who are unable to make the live sessions.
