Whilst the national restrictions are in place, we will introduce a number of additional online activities so grab your plate and join us for our weekly IBU Lunch & Learn each Friday at 1PM.

This week we have Angela Gault with “Understanding and harnessing your habits”.

An overview of how habits are formed within the brain and ways you can create and implement positive habits into your daily life.

We frequently have desires to change the way we want to think or act to be a better version of ourselves, but this change if often short-lived and we quickly find ourselves back at the start repeating our old behaviours. This session will look at the key areas of the brain that play a role in why we think and act the way we do, understanding the key stages of a habit in action, looking at the role of our mindset, and how you can implement strategies to build more positive habits and break negative ones.

This session is ideal for:

– This is for anyone who is trying to build better habits in both their work and personal lives.

Angela is a Business & Personal Coach, Trainer and Facilitator and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Much of her work focuses on supporting clients and participants in understanding the power of their words, mindset and habits to improve their daily life and future.
