More than a workspace — a movement
Impact Brixton is a Community Interest Company (CIC #11745103) based at 17a Electric Lane, in the heart of Brixton Village, London SW9. Every pound spent here stays in the community. We reinvest all profits into programmes that support Brixton's entrepreneurs, creatives, and small businesses.

What your membership supports
Business support programmes
We run workshops, mentoring sessions, and skills training to help early-stage entrepreneurs in Brixton build sustainable businesses. From pitch coaching to financial planning, members get access to hands-on support.
Community events
Weekly events like Tea & Cakes Wednesdays and Golden Hour Fridays create genuine connection. These are not networking events — they are how we build relationships.
Local economic impact
By housing 500+ creatives and entrepreneurs over 10 years, we have helped generate employment, local spending, and business-to-business collaboration within Brixton. Our members hire each other, buy from local suppliers, and keep money circulating in the community.
Affordable workspace
South London rents are rising, but we keep our coworking at £165/month and virtual offices from £150/year because affordable workspace is essential for the businesses and creatives that make Brixton what it is.

Gerald Vanderpuye
Gerald founded Impact Brixton as a Community Interest Company because he believes that workspace should do more than generate rent. It should create opportunity, build community, and keep Brixton's entrepreneurial spirit alive. Impact Brixton is registered as CIC #11745103 in England and Wales.
