Creatives, freelancers and entrepreneurs get told all the time that it’s not what you know, it’s WHO you know.

We get that it’s super important to start putting yourself out there and making those connections.

But we also know that networking is weird and awkward, gross and intimidating.

This is why we’ve put together this super laidback, welcoming event!

Whether you’re a designer hoping to meet a copywriter, a work-from-home hustler searching for a community, or you’re new to the game and looking for advice on how to make the most of freelance life, this event will help you meet the people you need.

We’ll be handing out free rum punch (or a tasty non-alcoholic alternative), providing board games to make meeting new people easy (you can play or not play, whichever works for you!), and plenty of comfy seats and chilled-out music so that you can get chatting to your peers.

You can also get to know Impact Brixton, which offers affordable coworking space, virtual office services, and networking and mentoring programmes, in its warm and welcoming space situated right above Brixton’s iconic Brixton Village.
