More Flexibility
Sometimes you just need to come in for an hour or so, so we’re now offering you even more flexibility than before.
You can book the lounge space by the hour. There are a couple of t’s & c’s
– Lounge Access can be booked from 9-6 pm
– It’s £3/hr and you can book for a maximum of 3 hours
You’ll find it in the app under ‘Book a Desk’.
If you have an active desk booking, private office or dedicated desk, you do not need to book lounge access.

Can you believe it’s been 3 months since we last asked you that one question…
80% of you we’re happy with the service you’re receiving and that makes us really happy but we’re really striving for more as we learn, grow and dream together.
This month we’ve added a few things that you’ve requested. A ring light in The Snug and a new backdrop is on the way! We are sorting out shades for phonebooths 1 & 2. There is now great air con in The Rec which not only means a cool space to work but also means more fans for the rest of the space. Our educational & social events have all been well attended and our programme will continue to grow as we learn.

Answer With Impact
We get asked a lot of questions and we welcome them. We’ve decided to dedicate a bit of the update to some FAQ’s, kinda like the Agony Aunt corner in Smash Hits (or if you are a Sun reader, think Dear Deidre). We present to you “Answers With Impact”.

How long can I stay in the space after 6 pm?

Hi Member!
Flexi members who have attended a New Members Meeting can stay in the space till 8pm, Dedicated Desk members can stay until 11pm.
As there is no host after 6pm, any members who have not attended the New Members Meeting must leave the space as the closing up procedure is covered in this meeting.

How does my member credit work?
Hi Member,
Flexi members receive 24 credits to use on meeting rooms. (The Snug, The Den, The Gallery and Red Records) and 100 credits to use on our event spaces (The Academy, The Rec, The BlackBar and The Lounge). Dedicated Desk members receive 48 credits for meeting rooms and 200 for event spaces. Each credit is equal to £1.
Event spaces have a minimum booking time of 3 hours. When you book a space, your credit will be used first before you are charged with your members’ discount applied to the remainder.
So for example, a Flexi member booking The Den for 2 hours at £14p/h would take 24 of your credits and the remaining £4 would be discounted by 40% leaving you £2.40 to pay.
